Chinese Bao with blueberry1

I went through many recipes online before I found a bao that taste exactly like the ones I've had in authentic Cantonese restaurants. Normally these light fluffy buns are filled with barbeque called char siu pork.
This dough lends well to sweet filling and is sometimes made with red bean paste, which I love! I wanted to try something new so I used a blueberry lemon compote I made the day before. I added some fresh grated ginger and tapioca starch. They taste amazing and I will certainly be making another batch soon! ^_^
